We have developed all purpose, self-contained, mobile enrolment and delivery stations for interactive data acquisition and citizen registration. These mobile e-Terminals are being manufactured in Pakistan and are fitted with computers, thumb scanners, high resolution cameras, full QWERTY keyboards, backup power supply, GSM/GPRS dongles for
connectivity, thermal printers for printing receipts for the record of Agents and citizens. E-Terminals can be used for smart card /magnetic stripe card/RFID card personalization. In addition, they can be configured to read data from an existing card such as a
driving license or an ID card.
Secure Tech Consultancy is also using these innovative e-Terminals as a transparent, efficient and highly reliable method of documentation of economy and social service delivery for all Government or
Non-governmental programs including cash disbursements, food
assistance programs, and provision of Health Insurance etc. Beneficiary authentication is based on biometrics, smart cards and automated central server verification and a complete and transparent audit trail is provided to ensure that funds are accounted for at every step. |
