Secure Tech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is an IT Consulting and Systems development/Integration firm based in Pakistan. Established in 2008, we have been focusing on customized, citizen centric enterprise level Identity, biometric verification and Security management systems using the latest biometric, cryptographic and RFID technology.

Our job as a systems integrator, software and hardware solutions provider, reinforced with our consultancy experience has forced us to be in touch with the leading technology players of the industry. Secure Tech Consultancy operates in biometric verification, ICT Services, homeland security, branchless banking sector, (secure transactions with biometric enabled Point of Sales solutions), and healthcare sector to name a few.

Identity Management Solutions

Identity Management Solutions include conceiving, developing and implementing end-to-end systems encompassing interactive data acquisition, enterprise level data warehousing with design and development of customized Logical Data Model (LDM), implementation of Automated Finger Identification System (AFIS) and Facial Recognition engines for 1:N or 1:1 matches, establishment of national information infrastructure for country wide connectivity, selection of card substrate as per requirement, data processing and secure document production and issuance. Biometric Time Attendance

Biometric Time Attendance system designed exclusively by Secure Tech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd to automate employee time and attendance tracking for small to medium-sized businesses. This system has been designed to work in any corporate environment, from small to large scale enterprise organizations. With the built in Time Attendance Software and fingerprint authentication technology you can track employee’s time and attendance with the touch of a finger. Biometric fingerprint authentication is the most accurate way to collect employee time and attendance information. This system is ideal for a wide range of industries where hourly and salaried employee time needs to be tracked, including manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, healthcare, retail, professional and medical offices, government, and educational institutions etc.

Secure Touch

Secure Touch - is designed and developed exclusively by Secure Tech Consultancy, it is specifically designed to automate business processes involved in Biometric Verification by capturing customer’s fingerprint impression and carrying out 1:1 verification with National Database based on computerised National ID Card.

Secure Touch comes as a standalone indigenous device built on Android OS and is easily portable. It comes packed with state-of-the-art touch screen for display, high performance based DERMLOG F1 fingerprint scanner for enrolling biometrics, flat bed scanner for bar code decipher and image capture. The Secure Touch comprises of all the requisite hardware required for fingerprint verification, integrated with high functionality customized android based software application according to industry specific requirements. The simple and easy to use interface makes it very practical for operators with minimal training including use on a self-service basis.

ICT Consultancy Services

Secure Tech Consultancy has carried out ICT consulting assignments, ICT reviews and audits for large, public sector organizations and Governments. We have provided our consulting services to the World Bank for overseeing project concept and implementation challenges of the Bangladesh ID Card project, World Bank for Unique Identification for Social Service Delivery in the Philippines, Government of Sudan for upgrading its Civil Registration System, ICT review for Fauji Foundation (one of Pakistan’s largest conglomerates that channels approximately 80% of the profits from its commercial ventures, pertaining to Fertilizer, Cement, Food, Power generation, Gas exploration, LPG marketing and distribution, Financial services, Employment services and Security services into social protection programs).

Biometric Enrolment System

STC Biometric Enrolment System is an enterprise level and fully fledged Linux based solution that provides fully functional enrolment software including capturing of textual data as well as a range of biometrics (fingerprint, facial and Iris). The system is hardware independent and provides the capability of capturing ICAO standard photographs for Facial Recognition; ten fingerprints using a 4-4-2 slap scanner and Iris scan supported by backend AFIS, Facial and Iris Recognition engines.

The system is designed and engineered using experience of Secure Tech team by using latest technologies and best practices in Facial, AFIS and Iris biometrics (Enrolment as well as Authentication) and enterprise software development related to biometric enrolment technologies and personalization of smart cards. The system performs image quality checks as per ISO image quality standards and allows control to the users to re-capture images depending on the quality scores. The system ensures uniqueness checks designed to eliminate duplicates during the enrolment.

Pension Disbursement System

Secure Tech Consultancy has successfully developed an end to end Biometric enabled debit card payment system, for International Smart Card, a semi- Government Company in Iraq that has been given the contract for the distribution of Government pensions, grants, poverty alleviation programs etc through two government banks (Rafidain and Rasheed)and four private banks to more than 4 million persons. All the pensioner are initially enrolled in the system using the data provided by the National Pension Body of Iraq. These pensioners are then enrolled biometrically and issued a Smart Card in real time through the system provided by Secure Tech Consultancy. The system operates by capturing the Fingerprints, IRIS and Facial data of the pensioner. The system then verifies fingerprint’s validity in AFIS System, to ensure no duplication takes place. It also gives the proof that the pensioner is alive. In case of very poor quality fingerprint, or any person without hands, the system uses his/her IRIS to validate the pensioner.

Banking and Financial Solutions

Secure Tech onsultancy has done extensive work in the Banking and Financial industry using Biometric Verification Systems on turnkey basis. We have successfully designed, manufactured and deployed similar systems using Secure Touch Device with the local operators that have disbursed billions of Rupees to the correct designated citizen.

The system includes Biometric Verification Devices, Software Development, Backend / Middleware Infrastructure, Database, Enrolment, Support Agreement etc. In short a complete solution catering to the requirements of the client. The biometric terminals named 'Secure Touch' are general purpose terminals which are scalable for variety of applications based on the customer's requirements. This is completely an automated and error free process allowing banking based transactions only to the authenticated persons after successful verification.

Electronic Voting System

Our Electronic Voting System (EVS) provides valuable improvements compared to the present voting system through an automated, secure and transparent process of elections. We feel that the present Ballot Paper is the only way to ensure perceived transparency as is the norm and is accepted by all. However it is
absolutely mandatory to authenticate every ballot paper once a voter has been verified, before it is handed over to the voter to stamp and caste it in the voting box. This should be done in a manner that there is no linkage between the voter and the ballot paper that he is going to cast. This entire exercise would prevent fake casting of ballot papers in the box and would have the capability to segregate genuine and rigged ballot papers if any as and when required.
