JOB: Security Supervisor
Location: Secure Tech Consultancy, Islamabad

Job Summary:
The Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets. The Security Supervisor may also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Interviews hire and trains security staff.
Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.
Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
- Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas.
- Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
- Where government projects are involved, serves as a liaison to government agencies.
- To provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV, and alarms.
- To perform all required system and other checks or duties given, and handle and document enquiries and escalate as required.
- To use the CCTV equipment in the shared services area of observation to help detect and deter crime and anti-social behaviour.
- Respond to emergency after-office hours calls and assist in the resolution and or timely passing on information on emergency repairs, noise complaints, and other emergencies and respond to any calls concerning the protection of employees or property alarms as received.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
