Are you a finance professional who thrives on treasury management, banking relationships, and hands-on ERP control? Secure Tech Consultancy is looking for a Finance Manager to lead our treasury operations, trade finance, revenue accounting, and tax compliance functions.

About the Role

As Manager Finance, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations — managing cash flow and liquidity, overseeing Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, driving banking relationships, and ensuring our ERP systems and financial controls run without a hitch. You'll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in shaping how the organization manages money, risk, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Treasury & Cash Flow: Own daily liquidity management, rolling cash flow forecasts, and optimal use of banking facilities.
• Trade Finance: Manage the full lifecycle of Import and Local Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, ensuring compliance with UCP 600.
• Banking Relationships: Act as the primary liaison with commercial banks — negotiating facilities, financing terms, and service charges.
• Treasury Investments: Analyze surplus liquidity and manage Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs) for competitive returns.
• Revenue & Receivables: Oversee accurate customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and AR aging, and drive down overdue balances.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST/Sales Tax returns and manage tax reconciliations and audits.
• ERP Ownership: Serve as the Finance ERP focal person — managing master data, controls, and system enhancements (SAP Business One preferred).
• Controls & Reporting: Support statutory and internal audits, and deliver treasury, banking, and AR reports to management.

What You Bring

• Qualification: CA Finalist, ACCA Qualified, or ICMA Finalist.
• Experience: 4–5 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing, IT, trading, or industrial organization, ideally with exposure to banks and import documentation.
• Technical Skills: Strong treasury and trade finance knowledge, hands-on LC/LG experience, GST/Sales Tax expertise, advanced Excel, and working knowledge of IFRS.
• Attributes: Sharp negotiation instincts, strong stakeholder management, high integrity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
