About the role:
Secure Tech Consultancy is hiring a Business Analyst to support the delivery of international consulting projects across banking, finance and digital transformation. The role combines research, financial modeling, project coordination and executive presentation development.

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and delivery of consulting engagements; track actions, timelines and risks
• Build financial models: costing, investment cases, projections, cash flow forecasts
• Conduct market/competitor/vendor research across banking and fintech
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior/executive audiences
• Document business processes, policies and procedures
• Contribute to consulting collateral: capability one-pagers, insights presentations, frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, technology or related field
• 2–5 years' experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, research or business analysis
• Advanced PowerPoint; strong Excel and Word skills
• Experience using AI tools for research/analysis with ability to validate outputs
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently across time zones

Preferred:

• Background in transaction banking, trade finance, payments or cash management
• Experience preparing consulting-style deliverables
• Islamabad/Rawalpindi residents
